Easter Seals offers car seats to disabled kids

Special kids require special car safety seats, and that’s a main reason for a new Easter Seal Society of Utah program that started Saturday.The continuing “Kids are Riding Safe/Special Kids are Riding Safe” (“KARS/Special KARS”) service is supported by grants and is offering a total of 200 car seats free to Utah families in need.
